Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Contact our customer service team or log into your account within 10 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package the Item
Place the unused footwear or accessory back into its original Bata box along with the original invoice and any promotional tags attached.
- 3.Ship or Drop-off
Ship the package to our central warehouse via a traceable courier service or visit your nearest Bata flagship store for an immediate size exchange.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our quality assurance team verifies the product's condition, we will process your refund via bank transfer or issue a digital store credit within 7-10 working days.
